Missions Dinner

Join us Thursday, Oct. 2 at 6:00pm for a meal and a night of prayer for missions. We’ll share about the recent trip to Nepal, highlight upcoming short-term opportunities, and lift up our missionaries in prayer. Dinner will be an international potluck—bring a salad, dessert, or a favorite dish from around the world. And don’t worry if you can’t bring something, there will be plenty to share!
Fellowship Night!

Fellowship Night is Friday, October 3! Join us at 5:30 for burgers and hotdogs, plus mini golf and yard games. Then stick around for "The Prince of Egypt" - we will be showing this movie outside starting 7. We’ll provide the burgers and hotdogs - bring a side or dessert to share. Bring camp chairs, blankets etc. for the movie. We want to make sure we have enough food for all - sign up at the link below if you plan to attend. Don’t miss this fun night of food, games, and fellowship under the stars!
Compassion Sunday, Sept. 28

On Sunday, Sept. 28, we’ll be hosting Compassion Sunday here at Roots. This is an opportunity to learn more about Compassion International and the incredible work they do releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name. You’ll also have the chance to “adopt” a child and make a lasting difference through prayer, support, and encouragement. Come ready to see how God might use you to impact a child’s life for eternity.
